Sharon Wheeler’s BoneWork

Precise manual pressure to injured or deformed bones can help restore more normal bone movement and structure.

Even Bone Can Change

Sharon Wheeler, discovered that she was able to make remarkable changes to bone structure by applying prolonged direct pressure onto bone.

Since her initial spontaneous discovery (1973), Sharon has been exploring and perfecting the curious phenomenon of Bone Change, which she has been teaching worldwide.

What is Bone Change?

Bone change refers to techniques which are designed to address the shape and contour of the bone.

She discovered that precisely placed manual sustained pressure into the fascial elements of bone, can improve bone distortions left over from badly healed fractures, or abnormal bone structure resulting from bone inflammation.

The bone can literally transform towards normal structure, appearance, and movements. Most importantly, Results, appear to be permanent!

Bone Rolling

Following an accident or injury, the functional relationship between bones can become disorganized. Bones can get stuck together or move out of alignment causing chronic dysfunction. These bone-to-bone adhesions are at the level of the fascia of the periosteum (the ‘skin’ on the bone)

In Bone Rolling, deep yet gentle manual pressure is precisely directed through the periosteal adhesion to release the stuck bones, which are now free to move, or “roll” into a better relationship within the 3D structure of the fascial web.

Bone Rolling results in profound, lasting structural shifts.
