Monica’s interest in the human body was triggered very early on as a student of classical ballet and grew when training as a professional dancer. Over 25 years she has studied Shiatsu, oriental medicine, qigong, yoga, meditation, is a qualified group fitness instructor and Pilates teacher and the founder of the ChiBall Method.
